STEP 1:

STEP 2:
Retaining: upon hiring our office, we will begin to work for you and take all creditor phone calls:

STEP 3:
Review appointment/filing: after payment has been paid in full and all documents turned in you will be meeting with our paralegal whom will update your case for filing with the bankruptcy court.

STEP 4:
Meeting of creditors: you are required to attend a meeting of creditors (aka court, hearing, etc.) with the attorney. The trustee will ask several "yes" or "no" questions upon concluding the hearing

STEP 5:
Discharge: within 60-75 days from your meeting of creditors date, your case will be discharged and you will be debt free!
